2. **Fill Out in Browser:**
- Locate the downloaded form on your device.
- Open the form using a web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
- You can often fill out the form directly in the browser using text fields and checkboxes.

3. **Save Changes:**
- After filling out the form, look for an option to save or download the filled form.
- Look for a download link or button, often labeled as "Download" or an arrow with a line under it .
- Click on the link/button to download the form to your device.

4. **Upload to Portal:**
- When in the Open Registration Portal, click on the "Documents" tab.
- Click on the relevant button to upload the filled form from your device. Click submit/save when you file is uploaded.

Remember to save a copy of the filled form on your device for your records before uploading it to the portal. If you encounter any specific issues, please reach out to the registrar that handles your child's grade level.
